We are seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our manufactured housing community in Salem, Oregon.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and deposit space rents and additional fees and charges
- Enforce terms of Rental Agreements and Facility rules and regulations
- Supervise placement of RV's and manufactured homes into the Facility
- Maintain individual tenant files and archive records
- Promote and rent vacant home and RV spaces
- Maintain and update Facility inventory list and vendor/supplier lists
- Perform other specific tasks as directed by management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Salary plus housing and utilities
- 25 hours per week
- Opportunity to work with a reputable and established company
