Job Title: Supervising Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Community Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including marketing, property integrity, resident screening, rent collection, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise property employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and property maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents, including social media, advertising, and community events.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent resident experience.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in property management, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing and resident retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • High school degree or equivalent, with a focus on business or a related field.
