Job Title: Supervising Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Community Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including marketing, property maintenance, and resident relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of property employees to ensure excellent customer service and property maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on property performance and resident satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in property management, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in managing property operations and staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, employees, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of property management software and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
