Sales Floor Specialist

We are looking for dedicated Part-Time Sales Floor Specialists who are available on weekends to become a vital part of our team at Living Spaces. As a Sales Expert, your primary responsibility will be to implement the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model, ensuring a memorable experience for our customers, which in turn boosts sales and enhances customer satisfaction.
Role Overview- Emphasize training and development in sales effectiveness
- Ensure the store team completes daily operational tasks
- Maintain accurate inventory and uphold merchandising standards
- Leverage the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to enhance sales
- Contribute to fostering a positive store environment to meet revenue goals
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work on weekends
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation RangeThe compensation for this role is determined by various factors including education, experience, and market conditions. Living Spaces offers team bonuses for achieving performance goals and key performance indicators.
