Role Overview

This is a Sales Associate role where you will be the ultimate brand ambassador. You will create authentic connections with customers, guide their shopping journey, and provide personalized styling recommendations. Your goal is to make every customer feel valued and inspired.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers and listen to their needs to create personalized customer experiences.
  • Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer.
  • Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
  • A hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and national averages in the United States.
