Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our call center and ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of six years of experience in call center management, with a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
