Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Call Center in Irvine, CA. This individual will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high productivity levels among call center operators.

About the Role: As a Customer Experience Manager, you will work closely with the Call Center Manager to develop operational strategies, conduct performance reviews, and establish quality standards. You will also be responsible for resolving system issues, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 6 years of supervisory experience in responding to requests for information and searching automated systems for data. Prior law enforcement or immigration-related experience is preferred. Additionally, you must be bi-lingual in Spanish and English and have excellent communication skills.

What We Offer: Lukos offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, and Federal holidays. $90,000/year
