Job Overview

Tandym Group in California is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to support our Sales Operations team. This role involves assisting with order processing, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 1+ year of related work experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing incoming orders, handling the flow from order receipt to review, to packing, to delivery updates, to shipping.
  • Manage internal and external customer relationships, maintaining strong communication and response, handling issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs: Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Logistics.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ year of related work experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
