In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments while canvassing at various events, including home shows, festivals, and other designated locations. You will also have the opportunity to showcase our products to potential clients during these events. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a positive demeanor, high energy, and the ability to engage directly with customers.

Compensation: $15.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission - Full-time with benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients while canvassing at events, conventions, and fairs.
  • Conduct door-to-door outreach for appointment setting.
  • Adhere to company standards for professional appearance and attire.
  • Maintain a consistently positive attitude in all interactions.
  • Stay informed about current product offerings and promotional activities.
  • Demonstrate reliability and availability for scheduled work.
  • Exhibit effective time management skills.
  • Coordinate in-home estimate appointments for the sales team.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of event booths.
  • Contribute to the company culture and internal communication efforts.
  • Utilize mobile technology for data entry and tracking.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Self-driven with a competitive mindset.
  • Proactive engagement with potential prospects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clean driving record and access to reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to walk for 4 to 8 hours.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
