Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our ITSM/ServiceNow group within the Office of Information Technology Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing Tier 2/3 support and designing new technologies to support the ServiceNow Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and administer ServiceNow applications, modules, and flow designer
  • Develop and implement ITIL processes, policies, and best practices
  • Design and implement ServiceNow Flows/Workflows, forms, and scripts to automate business processes
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience with ITIL foundations, IT service management, and ServiceNow development
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to design and implement ServiceNow solutions in an Agile environment
