We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at SHI GmbH. As a Senior ServiceNow Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing our customers' ServiceNow environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement capabilities on the ServiceNow platform, specifically ITAM, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure ServiceNow configurations meet their requirements.
  • Identify and provide solutions for potential problem areas in customer ServiceNow environments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new ServiceNow offerings.
  • Complete all work within agreed timescales and KPIs.
  • Assist in managing project timelines and customer expectations.
  • Contribute to driving key initiatives for ITAM and ITOM.
  • Maintain knowledge of the ITAM and Software lifecycle processes.
  • Follow department standards to ensure professionalism and quality in all projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow projects.
  • Experience with common web technologies and networking.
  • Detailed knowledge of ITIL methodologies, JavaScript, and web software design principles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organization, and time management skills required.
  • Prior experience in ITAM or Software Asset Management field preferred.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and attention to detail necessary.
  • Preferred certifications in ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and other ITOM modules.
What We Offer

At SHI GmbH, we offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $160,000, including a base salary and bonus. Compensation will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending. SHI GmbH is an equal opportunity employer.
