Program Management Lead

As a Program Management Lead on the Partner Experience Innovation Center (PEIC) team, you will be responsible for leading the engagement planning, delivery, and stakeholder communications for an integrated portfolio of initiatives and programs that deliver measurable value to partners and to the business.

You will work cross-functionally to ensure stakeholder engagement across teams aligned to the retail partner experience. This includes structuring a communications program that leverages multiple channels and techniques to reach broad audiences from individual contributors to executives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Amplifying insights and learnings about the retail partner experience across a diverse stakeholder community.
  • Synthesizing messaging and storytelling to influence strategic priorities of vast partner portfolio goals and objectives.
  • Understanding the Partner Experience portfolio structure, goals, and objectives in order to support planning and alignment activities across multiple teams.
  • Being accountable for all stakeholder engagement activities and internal communication delivery, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged on top priorities within the Partner Experience Portfolio.

We are looking for strategic thinkers with a strong background in program management and excellent communication skills who are passionate about driving clarity and improving partner experience.

As a Program Management Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for deeper partnership, ways of working, and collaboration. You will also be responsible for autonomously and appropriately applying knowledge, processes, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities in order to meet project and cross-program goals.

Additionally, you will oversee internal rhythm of the business activities including but not limited to monthly meetings, status reports, and goal alignment. You will also lead other Project Managers.

We'd love to hear from people with proven strategic program leadership experience, demonstrated skills and experience working on complex large-scale transformational programs, and strong facilitation and coordination skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders at all levels.

At Starbucks, we offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to our eligible part-time and full-time partners. This includes 100% tuition coverage through our Starbucks College Achievement Plan, health coverage with a variety of plans to choose from, and stock & savings programs like our equity reward program, Bean Stock.

We are committed to creating a diverse and welcoming workplace that includes partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences. We believe that enables us to better meet our mission and values while serving customers throughout our global communities.
