Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Turning Point Community Programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing person-centered treatment plans that address the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans that promote client well-being and independence.
  • Provide counseling and advocacy services to clients, addressing barriers to treatment and supporting informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services provided.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Valid registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
  • California driver's license and reliable transportation.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
