About the Position

The University of Arkansas System invites applications for an Administrative Assistant to support the School of Nursing. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical administrative services, collaborate with faculty and staff, and contribute to the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to faculty and staff, including preparation of communication, surveys, and formal documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with research and data collection for accreditation reports and other institutional initiatives.
  • Serve as record custodian for faculty and student documentation, including background checks and medical information.
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of specialized training or experience in clerical or secretarial work.
  • PREFERRED: Associate's degree in office administration or related field, plus administrative secretarial experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
