Evening Electronics Assembler

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing facility to recruit skilled Assemblers for the evening shift. Candidates with a background in general assembly and production environments are preferred.

Soldering skills are advantageous.

Shift Hours: Evening shift, Monday to Thursday from 3 PM to 12 AM, and Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM.

Compensation: $21 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.


Job Overview:

The role involves the assembly of electronic components following detailed manufacturing guidelines and product specifications. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assembling electronic devices according to specified instructions and standards.
  2. This is a full-time position with no supervisory duties required.
  3. Utilizing basic hand tools and power tools, including electric and pneumatic equipment, as necessary.
  4. Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Basic understanding of electronic assembly concepts, practices, and procedures is essential.
  3. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established guidelines to complete job functions.
  4. Work will be conducted under direct supervision.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve shared objectives.

Work Environment:

The characteristics of the work environment are typical of those encountered while performing essential job functions:

  1. The noise level is generally moderate.
  2. Employees may need to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  3. Light assembly personnel, engineers, and warehouse staff may need to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
