About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at ICAN Inc. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality services to children and families affected by autism and neurodevelopmental disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals
  • Provide feeding therapy to children with feeding disorders
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Provide supportive counseling and training to parents and caregivers
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • ASHA certification
  • 2 years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum
  • Experience with evaluating and treating children with various feeding disorders
