Key Responsibilities- Administer evidence-based treatments to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury
- Assist patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities
- Develop and implement clinical programs for optimum patient care and service
- Participate in operational aspects, performance improvement, and Quality Improvement activities within the department
- Ensure accurate and timely patient charges and documentation
- Participate in infection control, equipment training, compliance, safety, and educational programs
- Licensed by the State of Washington as a Speech Language Pathologist
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology or Communicative Disorders
- A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Two years of experience as a speech pathologist, audiologist, or equivalent
