As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission to make life healthier for everyone in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer evidence-based treatments to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury
  • Assist patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities
  • Develop and implement clinical programs for optimum patient care and service
  • Participate in operational aspects, performance improvement, and Quality Improvement activities within the department
  • Ensure accurate and timely patient charges and documentation
  • Participate in infection control, equipment training, compliance, safety, and educational programs
Requirements
  • Licensed by the State of Washington as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology or Communicative Disorders
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Two years of experience as a speech pathologist, audiologist, or equivalent
