We are a specialized rehabilitation facility designed to support individuals recovering from various medical conditions, including strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Implementing effective speech and language therapy techniques tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations, developing treatment plans, and overseeing the rehabilitation process for patients referred for speech and language therapy.
  • Engaging in collaborative interdisciplinary initiatives such as quality improvement projects, safety protocols, team discussions, and professional conferences.
  • Providing guidance and education to patients' families and caregivers, as well as collaborating with other members of the healthcare team.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of patient care in compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
The compensation range for this position is between $47.50 and $50.00 per hour. While we anticipate that new hires will be compensated within this range, specific circumstances may warrant adjustments.

To qualify as a Speech Language Pathologist, candidates must possess:
  • A valid Washington State License as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • A Master's Degree from an accredited speech and language pathology program.
  • A minimum of six months of relevant experience in speech and language pathology, preferably including a Clinical Fellowship.
  • Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
  • Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication abilities.
