Job Responsibilities

Summary: The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for cashiering duties, which include processing cash transactions, verifying cash drawers, providing change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports. Additional responsibilities may involve general food service tasks while maintaining sanitation standards in preparation, service, and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales transactions efficiently.
  • Accurately enter all sales into the cash register.
  • Provide change, accept various payment methods, and issue receipts.
  • Follow established procedures for cash refunds.
  • Engage with customers and address any complaints in a courteous manner.
  • Manage assigned cash funds and receipts, ensuring compliance with cash handling standards.
  • Monitor customer purchases and maintain appropriate portion sizes.
  • Restock condiments, beverages, and supplies while ensuring cleanliness in service areas.
  • Keep the pastry display well-stocked.
  • Adhere to company service standards and inventory control procedures.
  • Comply with all sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
