Position Summary
The Senior Recruiter role is integral to our recruitment efforts for clinical and administrative personnel.

This position reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Clinical.

This role requires a hybrid work arrangement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates against position requirements while providing insights about our organization, compensation, and role expectations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create and implement effective sourcing and closing strategies for clinical, administrative, and technical roles.
  • Identify and engage both passive and active candidates to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Participate in various recruiting events, including college fairs, industry conferences, and career expos.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of candidates' qualifications and status in compliance with organizational guidelines.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of current recruitment programs and processes, providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of experience in candidate sourcing and full lifecycle recruitment.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple recruitment searches.
  • Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management.
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High level of initiative; ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical healthcare recruitment is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • HR Certification.
  • A blend of agency and in-house recruitment experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
