Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic front office team at Spoonwood Dental Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, surgeries, or consultations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist them in navigating the office, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and correspondence files, utilizing office equipment and software applications as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with team members to ensure efficient front office operations and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of customer service experience; dental experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and computer skills, ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
