Randstad is seeking a dedicated Site Operations Coordinator to support our client’s operational objectives in a dynamic environment. This role is pivotal in managing the workflow processes tailored to meet specific client requirements. The ideal candidate will focus on compliance and coordination in areas such as safety, payroll, talent management, and workers' compensation.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our talent pool.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the client to ensure alignment.
  • Provide daily attendance reports to the management team.
  • Ensure talent performance meets client expectations and operational standards.
  • Address any performance-related issues in collaboration with the client.
  • Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies.
  • Manage both electronic and physical records for compliance and organization.
  • Input talent data into the Randstad Front Office system.
  • Distribute safety equipment and oversee its proper usage.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Site Manager.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in payroll management.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Recruitment experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of business experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in staffing preferred.
  • High School Diploma is required.

Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $25 to $32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule: First shift, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
