  • High school diploma is essential; some college education is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail management capacity is required.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Comfortable with climbing and balancing on ladders.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and squat as needed.
  • Frequent reaching above shoulder height.

Work Schedule Expectations:

The Retail Operations Assistant Manager is expected to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly. Additional hours may be necessary based on seasonal demands and store requirements, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods. Overtime pay is available for eligible hourly employees.
