The Food and Beverage Cashier plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service within our dining establishments. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including welcoming guests, managing food orders, and processing payments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash registers to process payments, including cash, coupons, and comp slips.
- Provide accurate change when necessary.
- Welcome guests and assist in seating them according to their preferences.
- Take, prepare, and serve food orders as required.
- Prepare cash receipts during closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining and service areas.
- Engage with customers to confirm their satisfaction with food and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated areas, restocking supplies as needed.
- Support fellow team members as required.
- Adhere to customer service standards set by Chinook Winds Casino Resort.
- Stay informed about events, programs, and services offered at Chinook Winds Casino Resort to assist guests.
- Offer suggestions for process improvements and service enhancements.
Qualifications
Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.

Education

Licenses & Certifications
Must obtain necessary gaming and food handling permits prior to employment.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing and walking.
- Occasional bending and reaching.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment
Work will occur in a dynamic gaming environment with moderate to loud noise levels and potential exposure to smoke.
Conditions of Employment
