We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team at Chinook Winds Casino Resort. As an F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations of all Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring that service and products meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of all Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring that service and products meet our high standards.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: Manage employees during the shift, ensuring that they are performing their duties to the highest standard. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to help team members grow and succeed.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Maintain a complete knowledge of F&B service techniques, menus, and drink lists. Ensure that all team members are aware of our quality and safety standards.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain effective communication within the team and with other departments. Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Comply with Policies and Procedures: Ensure that all F&B operations are in compliance with Chinook Winds Casino Resort policies and procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: Two years of experience in Banquets, Catering, Food and Beverage, or Retail Sales. Two years of supervisory experience in Banquets, Catering, Food and Beverage, or Retail Sales.
- Skills: Microsoft Office intermediate level, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Point of Sales (POS) systems. Ability to obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License, OLCC temporary permit, and Food Handlers Card.
Work will take place in a busy gaming environment with multiple distractions. Some or all of work may take place on the gaming floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The environment is subject to smoke and the associated effects.
Salary: $24.00-$34.08
