Job Summary

AmTrust Financial Services is seeking a skilled Subrogation Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving subrogation claims related to Workers' Compensation. This role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate subrogation claims to determine liability and potential recovery
  • Negotiate with insureds, claimants, and adverse parties to resolve claims
  • Document all interactions and correspondence in a clear and concise manner
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of claims
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insureds, claimants, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • State licensure as required
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office suites
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Multi-jurisdictional exposure preferred
  • Ability to obtain additional licensure as required
  • Some ability to travel may be required
