Armada is seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for resolving invoice discrepancies and claims in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve claims through various avenues, both internal and external.
- Document all claim requests in our systems, including gathering relevant information and evidence.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and report non-compliant occurrences to management.
- Support the development and administration of relevant KPI metrics and reports.
- Ensure compliance with Armada's Claim Policies and procedures.
- Associate's degree or relevant work experience.
- 3-5 years of customer service experience and/or 1-2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access.
- BS/BA degree in business, logistics, or supply chain related discipline.
- Previous experience in transportation/warehousing industry, in a role dealing with OS&D and/or Freight claims.
- Accounts Receivable experience.
- Inventory Accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Process-oriented with the ability to document and articulate complex systems.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, written, oral, and group presentation.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
