Job Title: Claims Resolution Specialist

Armada is seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for resolving invoice discrepancies and claims in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve claims through various avenues, both internal and external.
  • Document all claim requests in our systems, including gathering relevant information and evidence.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and report non-compliant occurrences to management.
  • Support the development and administration of relevant KPI metrics and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Armada's Claim Policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or relevant work experience.
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience and/or 1-2 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree in business, logistics, or supply chain related discipline.
  • Previous experience in transportation/warehousing industry, in a role dealing with OS&D and/or Freight claims.
  • Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Inventory Accounting experience.
Language and Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Process-oriented with the ability to document and articulate complex systems.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, written, oral, and group presentation.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
