Installation Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Installer to join our team at NuCO2. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Directly supervise a team of installation technicians and associates, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the depot, including resource planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; and addressing complaints and resolving depot concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect depot property, equipment, and vehicles to ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Training and Development: Train and manage drivers to adhere to company guidelines and regulations, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members.
- Reporting and Analysis: Review and analyze reports, including trip records, timesheets, and KPIs, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Verify inventory levels, including cylinders, bulk tanks, and parts, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including OSHA, DOT, and Hazmat requirements.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two years' experience as a supervisor; minimum of one year commercial driving experience in a similar vehicle in the past three years.
- Certifications: CDL – Minimum Class B; HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements; Tanker endorsement; no air brake restrictions; Medical Card required.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to read, analyze, and interpret established SOPs, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; basic mathematical skills; basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
The Supervisor Installer will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and crawling. The ability to wear all required PPE, including hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection, steel-toed boots, and gloves, is essential. The ability to lift up to 55 pounds and maneuver appliances and equipment is also required.
