Production Technician

Mettler-Toledo is a leading global manufacturer of precision instruments, and we're seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our industrial coating processes.
Job Summary
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Production Technician, you'll be responsible for operating various equipment, including overhead cranes, jib cranes, and abrasive shot blasting machines. You'll also assist with painting, inspecting, and maintaining high-quality standards in our module booth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently, following established procedures and protocols.
- Assist with painting and coating processes, ensuring consistent quality and meeting regulatory requirements.
- Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3 months of related experience and/or training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industrial coatings, painting, and finishing processes, as well as relevant safety protocols.
