At TalentBurst, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled R&D Technician I to join our team in Columbus OH. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support the product development of nutritional liquid and powder products.

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:
  • SUPPORT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Assist in the creation of new nutritional liquid and powder products by performing batch calculations, creating manufacturing instructions, ordering ingredients, assembling batches for processing, and filling into containers.
  • CORDINATE ANALYTICAL TESTING: Prepare testing protocols, complete purchase orders, compile test results, and perform unit conversions.
  • CONDUCT PRODUCT EVALUATIONS: Carry out studies on powder oxidation, scoop delivery, pH, viscosity, and total solids.
  • COMMUNICATE EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS: Organize data into tables, prepare bills of materials, and complete manufacturing run summaries.

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills, lab experience, and relevant education in Food Science or a related field. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
