Role Overview

As an Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of secure, efficient, and scalable Bot Development solutions for our banking operations. In addition to your architectural responsibilities, you will engage in project management activities, ensuring timely project completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bot Development: Design, test, and implement bots to automate repetitive tasks such as client searches, address updates in the core system, and data retrieval from external sources.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify inefficiencies and propose technology-driven strategies to improve productivity and minimize costs.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside business analysts and subject matter experts to comprehend and document existing workflows.
  • Data Security: Partner with IT teams to ensure secure and efficient data exchange between RPA bots and other software systems.
  • User Support: Provide training and assistance to end-users and business stakeholders regarding the use and advantages of RPA solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Two to five years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in RPA development using UiPath or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of process analysis, design, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Python, along with scripting skills.
  • Experience integrating RPA solutions with enterprise applications like ERP and CRM systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • High regard for confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
