Role Overview

As an Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of secure, resilient, and scalable Bot Development tailored for our banking operations. Your responsibilities will encompass architectural design as well as project management, ensuring timely completion of initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bot Development: Create, test, and deploy bots to automate repetitive tasks such as client searches, address updates in the core system, and data retrieval from external sources.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify areas of inefficiency and recommend technology-driven strategies to boost productivity and minimize costs.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside business analysts and subject matter experts to understand and document current processes.
  • Data Exchange: Partner with IT teams to ensure secure and efficient data transfer between RPA bots and other software platforms.
  • User Support: Provide training and assistance to end-users and business stakeholders regarding the use and advantages of RPA solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Two to five years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in RPA development utilizing UiPath or similar platforms.
  • Strong grasp of process analysis, design, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Python, along with scripting capabilities.
  • Experience integrating RPA solutions with enterprise applications like ERP and CRM systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in using personal computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • High regard for confidentiality.
  • Professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
