Your Role: Retail Sales Associate
In this exciting role, you'll be the face of Cracker Barrel, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring every guest feels at home. Your responsibilities will include showcasing our year-round inventory and seasonal collections, keeping shelves organized and stocked, and exhibiting teamwork by helping out as needed.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and meeting customer needs. You'll work closely with other team members to create a seamless shopping experience, from assisting with purchases to resolving any issues that may arise. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will make you a valuable asset to our team.

What You'll Get
A competitive salary of $ $12.50-$15.00 per hour, depending on location and experience. Same-day pay availability, allowing you to access your earnings quickly.
