Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bell Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, providing clear directions and information about property amenities and services.
  • Inform guests of local areas of interest and activities, helping them to make the most of their stay.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, ensuring efficient and secure handling.
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage, and provide clear instructions on parking procedures.
  • Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move around the property as needed.
