Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Bell Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist guests with luggage, ensuring it is safely transported to and from their rooms.
  • Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, ensuring they are comfortable and familiar with their surroundings.
  • Transport guests' luggage to and from designated areas, and assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles, ensuring their safety and convenience.
  • Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed, recording advance requests as necessary.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests, ensuring they are aware of their options.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to guests.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move around the property as needed.
