Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Bell Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, and locking doors.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas, including the coffee cart and tables.
  • Input orders into the cash register system and collect payment from customers.
  • Take orders, record them in the MICROS system, and prepare food and coffee beverages.
  • Ensure that appliances, such as coffee makers, are turned on/off at the appropriate times.
  • Bus coffee cart areas and tables, and clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day.
  • Obtain change required for expected business level, count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
