Total Joint Orthopedics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced 1099 Independent Sales Agent to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for introducing and advocating for our cutting-edge products, with a focus on the efficiency-driven Klassic One Instrumentation and Knee System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key orthopedic surgeons and healthcare providers to position Total Joint Orthopedics as the leader in orthopedic efficiency and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, competitive offerings, and clinical evidence to effectively convey the unique benefits of our products.
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals through strategic territory management, diligent planning, and execution.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales, with a strong preference for those with orthopedics or total joint replacement backgrounds.
  • Established relationships with orthopedic surgeons and healthcare facilities within your designated territory.
  • A proven track record as an independent distributor or sales agent, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial drive.
  • A commitment to excellence, with a keen interest in continuous learning and adapting to the fast-evolving medical device landscape.
