  • Transcribe and annotate speech data to improve audio experiences.
  • Implement established guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality outputs.
  • Collaborate with management on workload scheduling and deliverables.
  • Understand basic API concepts and apply common sense logic in the annotation process.
  • Annotate ground truth data and identify bucket failures in evaluation datasets.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Comfortable with computer literacy and typing speed of 50 wpm.
  • Experience working with technical teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in speech transcription or annotation is highly desirable.
