At destinationone Consulting, we are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in individuals across the lifespan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing needs.
  • Provide therapy to improve communication skills, including speech clarity and language comprehension.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques.
  • Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or equivalent.
  • State licensure as a speech-language pathologist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
