Job Title: On-Site Speech Therapist

Job Description:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. As an integral member of our dynamic healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals through the provision of high-quality speech and language therapy services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy services to clients, addressing speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an Associate's Degree from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
  • Current and valid state licensure in WA.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience working with diverse populations is a plus.
