Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Coach. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and sales leaders
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
Requirements
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or fashion brand
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
