Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

At David Yurman, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in the Miami Design District. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Partner with sales professionals to achieve individual sales plans and KPIs, participate in strategic initiatives to deliver sales budgets, and demonstrate active sales leadership on the floor.
  • Clientele and Service Management: Coach and monitor sales professionals on client outreach and relationship development, ensure store data capture goals are met, and maintain a luxury environment that is warm and hospitable.
  • Operations: Manage day-to-day activities on the sales floor, maintain presence to supervise staff, and ensure appropriate business controls such as inventory management and security measures.
  • Talent Development: Partner with the Retail Store Manager in hiring and providing performance review feedback, train new sales associates, and provide leadership to staff through regular meetings and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4+ years of experience managing in a similar role, preferably in a high-end luxury accessories boutique.
  • Ability to motivate, establish strong business partnerships, and promote professionalism with clients and staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
  • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs and non-traditional hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
