OBJECTIVE:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to motivate and guide the sales and support teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will also foster enthusiasm around product launches and company initiatives while maintaining our standards of communication and confidentiality. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will take charge of all operational aspects of the store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving store sales performance and inspiring staff to meet sales targets Executing company training initiatives; overseeing staff development in product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques Supporting staff supervision and development Upholding company merchandising standards Timely and accurately completing all administrative tasks (New Hire documentation, Incident Reports, etc.) Managing store funds and ensuring compliance with company deposit procedures Assisting in inventory management and record-keeping Adhering to protocols for receiving shipments, transferring merchandise, and managing defective items Collaborating with District, Regional, and corporate teams (including accounting, merchandising, operations, and human resources)

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum age of 18 years 3 years of retail experience 2 years of high-performance sales experience in retail High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge of the fashion industry Strong communication and analytical abilities Proficient in digital tools; POS systems, MS Office, web, and social media Capability to operate necessary equipment for the role, including standing, stooping, lifting up to 11 kilograms, and climbing ladders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree 3 years of management experience in high fashion or luxury apparel Proven experience in supervising, coaching, and training sales associates
