Global Jupiter is in search of a dedicated Student Support Coordinator to enhance our Title III grant initiative aimed at providing essential assistance to primarily online learners, particularly those who are nontraditional, first-generation, and historically underserved.

In this role, you will spearhead the grant team's Student Navigator Plan, which focuses on the application and establishment of best practices in student guidance and financial literacy techniques. You will also facilitate pertinent professional development sessions for faculty and staff, both in individual and group settings.

The objective of this initiative is to foster a shift in campus culture towards a more inclusive and equitable environment for all students, empowering them to effectively navigate their educational journey.

To excel in this position, you should possess experience in project management and execution, a solid understanding of financial literacy, as well as strong interpersonal and presentation skills. The ability to document insights and track project advancements is essential.

It is crucial to analyze the student experience at Global Jupiter through data assessment, direct communication with students, and collaboration with community partners.

A strong commitment to serving a diverse student body, including Alaska Native students, LGBTQ+ students, non-traditional and first-generation college attendees, online learners, and students with disabilities is vital.


Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree along with relevant professional experience, or a combination of training and experience.

Position Details:
This full-time, term-funded, non-exempt staff position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Global Jupiter provides an attractive compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and their family members, and affordable medical, dental, and vision care coverage.

New hires will be placed on the salary schedule based on their education and experience.
