Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our team at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including automotive parts, accessories, and services.
  • Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs, providing recommendations and solutions as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
