As a Client Care Specialist, you will be essential to the daily operations of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and inquiries
  • Coordinating appointment schedules
  • Reviewing and updating treatment plans and associated estimates
  • Processing billing and invoices
  • Maintaining and updating client records
  • Collaborating with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary setting
  • Familiarity with veterinary management software

This position is part-time, offering a flexible schedule.

Compensation: $24.00 per hour
