Calu Agency is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of OnlyFans creators. Your primary goal will be to provide strategic guidance and support to help our clients achieve their growth and revenue goals. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:

\tClient Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent communication and support.
\tStrategic Planning: Develop tailored marketing strategies for clients to help grow their fan base, increase engagement, and boost earnings on OnlyFans.
\tCampaign Management: Collaborate with the internal team to execute marketing campaigns (social media, influencer partnerships, promotional events) and ensure alignment with client objectives.
\tContent Scheduling: Work with creators to manage content calendars, helping them organize and plan content for optimal performance.
\tPerformance Analysis: Monitor client performance on OnlyFans and other platforms, provide regular reporting, and suggest optimizations to improve growth and revenue.
\tCollaboration with Teams: Work closely with social media managers, content creators, designers, and other departments to implement strategies and improve results.
\tClient Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.
\tNew Opportunities: Identify and pitch new marketing opportunities, content ideas, and collaborations that can further enhance the client's brand and presence.
\tBrand Building: Help creators develop and refine their personal brand, ensuring that it aligns with their audience and growth goals.

Requirements:

\tExperience: 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing (preferably in the entertainment, social media, or influencer marketing industries).
\tKnowledge of OnlyFans: Understanding of the OnlyFans platform and its ecosystem is a plus, including content strategies and fan engagement.
\tCommunication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage client relationships.
\tProject Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
\tMarketing Expertise: Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and influencer outreach strategies.
\tAnalytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
\tProblem-Solving: Ability to handle client concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
\tTeam Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

\tExperience working with content creators, influencers, or in the adult entertainment space.
\tFamiliarity with OnlyFans, Patreon, or similar platforms.
\tKnowledge of online advertising, paid campaigns, and social media growth strategies.
\tProficiency with tools like Google Analytics, social media scheduling software, and CRM systems.
