Job Title: Aircraft Cleaning Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time (up to 40 hours per week)

Compensation: $19 per hour

Work Schedule: Flexible availability preferred (Tuesday - Saturday)

Job Location: Various locations serviced by Immaculate Flight

Position Summary:

As an Aircraft Cleaning Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to meticulously clean and detail high-end luxury aircraft while engaging directly with our diverse clientele. Your tasks will encompass cleaning duties both inside and outside corporate and commercial aircraft. This includes polishing surfaces, applying paint treatments, and ensuring the cleanliness of passenger areas, restrooms, cockpits, and exteriors. You should be prepared to work in various weather conditions and at different heights using ladders and work stands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly detail both the interior and exterior of aircraft.
  • Complete all assigned training modules and tasks.
  • Maintain quality control through pre- and post-cleaning checklists.
  • Collaborate to ensure a safe and adequate working environment.
  • Train and mentor team members according to company standards.
  • Report directly to the Lead or Supervisor.
  • Job responsibilities may expand with experience.

Education & Experience: Immaculate Flight offers a comprehensive training and development program designed for your success. While prior detailing experience is beneficial, we are committed to equipping all team members with the necessary knowledge and confidence to excel in their roles.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must be eligible for random drug screenings throughout employment.
  • Legally authorized for employment in the U.S. through E-Verify.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation available at all times.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Capable of performing physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at heights using ladders.
  • Physical capability to bend, lift, and crouch frequently.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • To comply with ADA requirements, this position involves some repetitive arm motions and does not require lifting over 50 pounds without assistance.
