Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team at Alpine Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional window cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform window cleaning services for residential and commercial clients
  • Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently
  • Work at heights up to 30 feet using ladders and poles
  • Load and unload equipment from vehicles
  • Walk around and through customer homes, including stairs
  • Remove ladders from work vehicles and replace them

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Customer-centered and enjoys making people happy
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused
  • Ability to work alone and/or with a partner or team
  • Self-starter and takes initiative to complete assigned work on time
  • Ability to follow directions and stay on task without supervision
  • Able to lift 40-60 lbs. as needed, crawl, stoop, bend, reach, and stand for long periods of time
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation to get to work
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug test

Physical Demands:

While performing the everyday responsibilities of this position, the employee is regularly required to climb ladders, load and unload equipment from vehicles, walk around and through the customer's home, walk up and down stairs within the work site, and remove ladders from work vehicles and replace them.

Benefits:

  • Starting pay of $17.00 per hour with raises and bonuses available in the first 90 days and after
  • Full benefits, including weekly pay, health, dental, vision insurance, company health savings accounts, and company-paid supplemental insurance
  • Retirement plan with matching company contributions
  • Employees earn sick pay and vacation pay, up to 3 weeks or more per year
  • Some paid holidays and bonuses
  • Crew Leaders receive company-provided unlimited cell phones
