Financial Portfolio Analyst

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our syndication servicing team, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with investors, preparing monthly payment reports, and facilitating payments. Your analytical skills and ability to identify trends will be essential in driving process improvements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer and investor satisfaction through consistent process efficiencies
- Collaborate with team members to determine requirements for new initiatives and programs
- Lead the industry in customer experience by consistently meeting quality goals of accuracy and cycle time
- Identify and recommend system enhancements, tools, and metrics to eliminate servicing errors
- Assist with data accuracy and relevance
- Manage delinquent accounts and communicate with internal groups and investors
- Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of related experience in finance, accounting, project management, or financial operations
- 3-5 years of specialized syndication servicing experience or similar customer service experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Exceptional data analytical, process improvement, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
